{"id":1071,"date":"2020-05-05T16:43:02","date_gmt":"2020-05-05T14:43:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.casadelbronzo.com\/?post_type=approfondimento&#038;p=1071"},"modified":"2023-11-06T14:44:20","modified_gmt":"2023-11-06T13:44:20","slug":"b14-bronze","status":"publish","type":"approfondimento","link":"https:\/\/www.casadelbronzo.com\/en\/bronze-alloys-mechanical-properties\/b14-bronze\/","title":{"rendered":"Bronzo B14"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Con questo nome non viene indicata in maniera chiara alcuna norma sottoponendosi al rischio di utilizzare una lega di bronzo non idonea alle proprie necessit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Nel secondo dopoguerra le norme che disciplinavano la produzione di leghe di metalli non ferrosi prevedevano l\u2019esistenza di:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B14 UNI 1701. Lega binaria composta da rame e stagno ideale per la produzione di particolari filettati o dentati.<\/li>\n<li>B14 industriale. Lega composta principalmente da rame e stagno che ammette circa il 5% tra zinco e piombo. Essendo pi\u00f9 economica veniva utilizzata in alternativa al B14 uni per la realizzazione di pezzi meno sollecitati.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Secondo la norma attualmente in vigore in Europa (UNI EN 1982) la lega pi\u00f9 simile a quella che decenni fa era la B14 UNI risulta essere la CuSn12 CC483K. La tabella comparativa sottostante evidenzia che le due leghe sono del tutto simili sia per composizione chimica che per caratteristiche meccaniche.<\/p>\n<p>La norma attuale non prevede che esista una lega comparabile alla vecchia B14 industriale anche se Casa del Bronzo \u00e8 in grado di produrla su richiesta dei clienti.
