Our internal procedure for the realization of castings provides a series of accurate controls both on the incoming raw materials and on the castings sold to guarantee a quality of the products always compliant with the standards required by our customers. We purchase the raw material exclusively from certified refineries and check it at the acceptance stage, carrying out both a documentary check and a sample chemical analysis with the use of the latest generation spectrometer GNR minilab 150. All lots are checked by the quality manager that only after having taken and analyzed a sample from the furnace, authorizes production. The analytical values ​​found for each casting are coded and automatically saved on a central server for which they can be consulted at any time from all the workstations. Each piece is identified with an alphanumeric code that accompanies it from the moment of production until shipment and therefore makes it totally traceable.
